Signing in
brandonshuey.com uses Google sign-in, managed by Google Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy, to confirm who is visiting. The site receives only your Google account's email address. It never sees your password or any other account data.
What is recorded on brandonshuey.com
To understand which parts of the site are useful, visits are logged with your email address: the pages you open, the links and stories you click, roughly how long each page was visible and how far it was scrolled. Text you type is never recorded. Records are stored in Google Cloud and deleted automatically after 180 days. They are seen only by the site's owner and are never sold or shared.
Coop Run (play.brandonshuey.com)
The game does not track visitors. If you post a high score, only the three initials you choose, the score and the level are stored, and they appear on the public leaderboard. Your best score is kept in your own browser.
